He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clyde Perry and Mary Louise Weaver Perry; his daughter Joyce Lynne Brakefield; and his siblings, Clyde Perry and Frances Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Dallas Perry; and his brother Claude Perry (Joyce) of Chester, SC. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
