He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hennies Stephenson and Annie Lee Wishert Stephenson; his sister Jane Stephenson Walsh; and his brother-in-law Mike Walsh. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lutz Stephenson; his children, Ronald Hennies "Ron" Stephenson, Jr. (Teri) and Mary Jo Stephenson Jolley (Andy); his grandchildren, Christa, Amanda Stephenson, Elizabeth and Garrett Jolley; his great grandchild McKenzie; and his caregivers, Dr. Sam Stone, Lori Herod and Sharon Ledbetter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins and many special friends.
