He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Thomas Woodson, Jr. and Dorothy Rainey Woodson; and his brother Perry Woodson. He is survived by: his wife Corliss Woodson; his children, Tommy Woodson of Lancaster, SC, David Woodson (Angie) of Wilkesboro, NC, Daniel Woodson (Christine) of San Jose, CA, John Woodson of Denver and Samantha Woodson of Fort Lawn, SC; and his brother Damon Woodson (Jennifer) of Macon, GA. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
