It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Elaine McMurray of Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eugene McMurray and Barbara Jean Moore Collins; her sons, Shawn Wilson and Mitchell Roy Wilson; and her siblings, Gloria Childers and Billy McMurray.
She is survived by: her significant other Cecil McDaniel, Jr. of Chester, SC; her son D. J. Wilson of Great Fall, SC; her stepdaughters, Stacy Fain of Jackson, TN and Michelle Miller of Arkansas; her grandson Ryder Shawn Wilson of Chester, SC; and her siblings, JoAnne Raffaldt (Floyd) of Chester, SC, Jimmy McMurray (Judy) of Great Falls, SC and Mike McMurray (Debra) of Chester, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
