She is survived by: her husband Eddie Hendrix; her sons, Shaun Bates (Jamie) of Edgemoor, SC and Michael Bates (Tricia) of Chester, SC; her stepchildren, Edward Hendrix "Hap", Jr. and Amanda Melton of Chester, SC; her grandchildren, Kayla, Taylor, Troy and Jacob; her great grandchild John; and her brother Neil Kinsey (Tammy) of Chester, SC..
