She was predeceased by: her father Franklin S. Thompson; her stepparents, Ruby Thompson and W. D. "Bill" Hopper; and her brother Randy Thompson. She is survived by: her mother Iva Varnadore Thompson Hopper; her close friend Bruce "Shorty" Allen; her daughter Lisa Rena'e Estes of Chester; her stepdaughter Jessie Allen of Highpoint, NC; her siblings, Jody Thompson (Rena) of Great Falls and Karen Stuart (Chuck) of Chester; her stepsister Frances Ann Mabry of Rock Hill; and her granddaughters, Cassie Hawkins (Lee) and Chelsey Estes.
