He is survived by: his son Scott Melton (Selissa) of Chester, SC; his grandchildren, Katie Pitts (Brandon) of Clinton, SC, Loren Melton of Easley, SC and Mason Melton of Chester, SC; his great grandchild Baker Miller of Clinton, SC; and his siblings, Richard Melton (Crystal) of Chester, SC, Lonnie Melton of Chester, SC and Laura Rist of Chester, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
