She was predeceased by: her parents, John James and Josephine A. Thompson; her husband Clyde Hinson (CW); her brother Raymond Uselle Thompson; her half-sister Ruby Uselle James; and her close friend Doris Mosley.
She is survived by: her children, James William (JW), Hinson (Pam) of Chester, Wanda D. Riggins (Conrad) of Lancaster and Dianne H. Johnson of Union, SC; her great grandchildren, Megan, Chriss, Ashley, Nick, Levi and Layne; and her friend Morine Davis.
