He is survived by: his children, Chris Bland of Georgia, George W. Showalter of Massachusetts, William L. Bland, Jr. of Colorado, David L. Bland of Chester, Richard Bland (Columbia), Jon Hall of Chester, Pamela B. Clark of Georgia, Melissa Locklear of Chester, Peggy Hinson of Shelby and Donna Bland of Chester; his siblings, George B. Bland, Sr. of Chester, Jimmy M. Bland of Chester, Richard E. Bland, Sr. of Chester and Barbara Jo Bland of Chester; his sisters-in-law, Peggy Stapleton (Scott) of Chester and Darlene Greene (Dennis) of Chester; and his great grandchildren, Chihuahua and Baby Girl. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren.
