He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Kelly" Walters and Alma Walters; and his brother Donald Walters. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Watts; his children, Allyson and Josh (Jenn); and his grandchildren, Chayse, Edeigh and Landry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (102 Church St, Chester, SC 29706). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
