He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Lewis Ghorra (Salim Ghorra), Brenda Lewis Newsom and Sandra Lewis Sanchez; his brother Jerry Lewis; his sister-in-law Cathie Lewis; and his grandchildren, Dalton Clark Kayla Lewis (Madison), Justin Hargrove, Gerhard Ghorra, Lily Ghorra, Carlos Sanchez and Anna Sanchez. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren; and other loving family members and dear friends.
