He was predeceased by : his parents, Mondell Murdaugh-Lingard and Adrene Murdaugh-Lingard; and his spouse Armenta Willoughby. He is survived by : his children, Sharon Weber and Darryl Byrd; his grandson Randolph Weber (Randy); his sister Vivian Lingard; his nephew Jonathan-Lingard-Johnson; his aunts, Erma Holloway, Daisy Clark (Donald), Dorothy Seymore, Learlene Murdaugh and Mellouise Murdaugh; and his friends, Jim and Sarah Barber.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church (602 Market St, Cheraw, SC 29520).
