She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Allen and Helen Atkinson Allen; her husband Ronnie Lucas Merriman; her son Bucky Merriman; her brother Paul Allen; and her nephew B. J. Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Merriman of Cheraw, SC and Wendy Boan (Dougie) of Cheraw, SC; her grandchildren, Jamie Boan (Debra) of Loris, SC and Amber Boan of Cheraw, SC; her granddaughter-in-law Leann McGowan; her great grandchildren, Chandler, Miranda and Kaylee; her brother Kip Allen (Christy) of Cheraw, SC; and her brothers-in-law, Freddie Gaskins (Helen) of North, SC and Bennie Gaskins of Chesterfield, SC..
