He is survived by: his children, Greg Shaffer (Theresa) of Fairfax, VA, Gerry Shaffer (Becky) of Cheraw, SC, Carrie Shaffer of Kent, OH, Henry Shaffer of Colorado Springs, CO and Judy Brady (Ken) of DuBois, PA; and his grandchildren, Janelle, Gerrod, David, Jonothan, Rebekah, Deborah and Tate. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
