She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Brigman and Vera Lee Braswell Brigman; her great-grandparent Christian; her husband Luther B. Boan, Jr.; and her daughter Lynda Meredith Sellers.
She is survived by: her sons, Ted Boan (Vickie) of Cheraw, Tim Boan (Susan) of Cheraw and Tom Boan (Melinda) of Cheraw; her grandchildren, Jessica Sagan (Walt), Merdith Posey, Luben Sellers (Hannah), Jarred Boan (Brandi), Janice Marie Mabrey (Alex), Lindsey McCants (Kirk), Luke Boan (Sarah), Molly Lowder (Troy), Sam Boan, Kate Lawhon (Josh) and Lauren Scott (Cal); and her caregivers, Gail Crenshaw Paul, Hope Castor and Clova Smith. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
