He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Wood; his children, Regina L. Witherspoon (John) of Cheraw, SC, Rebecca A. Davis (Dale) of Chesterfield, SC and Jamie Wood, Jr. (Renee) of Lancaster, SC; his grandchildren, Taylor Sanner (Jordan), Jimmy Witherspoon, Jared Davis, Aubreigh Rutledge (Wes), Kaylee Wood, Cameron Wood and Timmy Witherspoon; his great grandchild Xander Hutcherson; and his siblings, Rachel Gaskins, Mary Wallace (Donald), Lynn Davidson of Chesterfield, SC, Joyce Davis of Bennettsville, SC and Carol Traini of Cheraw, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
