He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Thornwell and Annie Starnes Faile; his former wife Dianne Faile; and his siblings, Frances Catoe, Mack Faile, Sherry Faile and Linda Faile.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Faile; his daughters, Angie Rogers (Brian) of Cheraw, SC and Michelle Hancock (Terry) of Cheraw, SC; his grandchildren, Jacob Hancock, Rebekah White (Avery), Alexis Rogers and Molly Rogers; his great grandchildren, Makenna Hancock, Teagen White and Natalie White; his stepdaughters, Lisa Moscuzza (Victor) and Donna Wallace (Brian); his brother David Faile (Kimberly) of Kershaw, SC; and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
