She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Tyner and Thelma Anderson Tyner; her husband James Calvin "Big O" O'Neal, Sr.; her son Ronald O'Neal; her grandchildren, Angela O'Neal and Michael Wayne Lee; her siblings, Tim Tyner, Buck Tyner and Mildred Gainey; and her grandson-in-law Mark Dearing, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, James O'Neal, Jr. of Patrick, SC, Kenneth O'Neal (Beth) of Patrick, SC, Lisa Lee (Dewayne) of Wallace, SC and Jesse O'Neal of Wallace, SC; her grandchildren, Tiffnay O'Neal, Nickolas O'Neal, Breana O'Neal Helming (Dustin), Alexis Hartsfield (Michael), Aubrey O'Neal, Kendra O'Neal, Kenneth, O'Neal, Jr. and Samantha O'Neal; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Kenny, Winter, Riley, Braxton, Jasper, Scooter and Byrnleigh; and her siblings, Bobby Tyner of Patrick, SC, Judy Howle of Patrick, SC, Ronnie Tyner and Mary Player.
