She is survived by: her children, Bob Welsh of Lake Wales, FL, Patsy Moffett of Phenix City, AL, Sandee Bonnie (Gary) of Wildwood, FL and Jackie Gaskins (Chris) of Ruby, SC; her daughter-in-law Joyce Welsh of Lake City, FL; and her grandchildren, Russell Welsh, Meghan Balliett (Matt), Shaun Moffett (Lynn), Daniel Moffett, Nathan Welsh (Samantha), Grant and Genna Gaskins. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; and 1 nephew.
