He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kopchick and Freda Comer Kopchick. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kopchick; his children, Michael P. Kopchick, Jr. of Bristol, CT, Thomas B. Kopchick (Chelsea) of Portland, CT and Michelle Lyn Tafur of Germany; and his siblings, Jane Crossman (Peter) of Cheraw, SC, Peter Michael Kopchick of Stratford, CT, Geraldine "Dee" M. Relyea of Cheraw, SC and Jody Stroud of Chesterfield, SC. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
