He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Kelly and Gladys Davis Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Becky Kelly; his daughter Kimberly Brower (Kyle) of Chesterfield, SC; his granddaughter Kayson Brower; his brother Larry Kelly (Carolyn) of Ridgeland, SC; his nieces, Morgan Warren (Chris) and Tara Hayes (Aaron); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Griffin, Gage, Gracie and Gavin.
