He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Ann Hazle Roscoe; his parents, Reece Roscoe and Mary Bernice Roscoe; and his brothers, William Kenneth Roscoe and Gregory Scott Roscoe.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer K. Roscoe and Stephen James Roscoe (Amy Caulder Roscoe); his grandchildren, Gracie Ann Richardson, Brena Chapman, Caulder James Roscoe and Lundy Ann Roscoe; and his close friend Barbara Robinson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
