It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian M. Powell (Chesterfield, South Carolina), born in Bethune, South Carolina, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Dell Ingram and William McLaughlin; and her husband Charles Travis Powell. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Charles Travis Powell, Jr. (Anita) of Pageland, SC and Lynn Rice (Bob) of Madison; her grandchildren, Ashley Powell of Waynesboro, PA, Casey Powell Lowry (Dillion) of Murfreesboro, TN, Lyndsay Powell Fetter of McDonough, GA, Charles Travis Powell III of Charlotte, NC and Alexander Fitzgerald Edwards of Watkinsville, GA; and her great grandchild Aidan Michael Fetter.
