He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Russell and Nellie Russell; his granddaughter Sophia Brigman; and his siblings-in-law, Margie Russell and Thomas Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Faulkenberry Russell; his children, Kenneth Russell (Sabrina), David Russell (Melissa), Rusty Wallace (Jodean) and Sandra Soto (Jose); his grandchildren, Brianna Russell Cogley (Alex), Zachary Russell, Brayden Russell, Jaley Russell, Tyler Russell, Kayla Wallace and Corey Scalf; his siblings, Keith Russell and Jewel Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Junior Faulkenberry (Angie), Louise Brigman (David), Margaret Blackwell and Catherine Thompson (Bill). He is also survived by his grandchildren as the greatest PaPa.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Crescent Hospice, (1039 Cheraw Street, Bennettsville, SC 29512).
