He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lumpkin and Jean Quarles; and his stepparents, Harvey Brooks and Carol Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his children, Caleb, Emily and Caroline; his siblings, Hope Gulledge (Ivan), Edward Lumpkin, Lorne Brooks (Jackie), Aeria Lumpkin, Teresa Murray (John) and Christi Henderson; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Ramirez (Will), Junior Lumpkin (Kayce), Chris Lumpkin (Amber), Jacob Brooks, Jenna Brooks, Kasara Lumpkin, Amber Murray, Carolanne Murray, Hunter Murray, JC Murray, Ashley Chance and Bethany Henderson. He is also survived by several grand nephews and nieces as well as extended family.
