He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Eugene Garland and Frances Edens Garland; his wife Mary Ann; and his brother Glenn Garland. He is survived by: his daughter Megan Garland; his brother Gene Garland (Fran); and his nephews, Nathan (Kevin), Brandon (Danielle), Matthew (Tomi), Trey and Austin Garland.
