He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elwell Holder and Rosa Gerline Bell Holder; his daughter Susan Barner; and his brothers, Danny Ray Berry and Dale Holder.
He is survived by: his wife Carol O'Quinn Holder; and his children, Ricky Holder (Taylor) of Fountain Inn, Amanda Holder, Diana Holder of Clinton and Jennifer Skidmore of Clinton. He is also survived by one brother; four sisters; seventeen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
