She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Chase and Viola Dendy Chase; her husband Lorenzo O. Evans, Jr.; and her siblings, Bertha Mason and William "Billy" Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Angel Evans Trapp (James) and Angela Trapp (James); her grandchildren, Amanda Trapp-Chandler (Shani), Amir J Trapp, James D. Trapp (Olivia), Elexsis Trapp, Tamira Evans and Taneal Evans; her great grandchildren, Ayce, Rowan, Oaklyn, Oraya and Kannan; and her siblings, Burnell Cureton, Lottie Mae Brooks, Carlyta Chase, Vickie Pitt (Frank), Carolyn Chase, Sharon Chase, Rodney Chase and James "Ricky" Chase (Ivy). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
