He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Rice; his children, Robert Rice (Tokeshia), Rockeem Herbert, Maurice Booker and Cera Rice; and his sisters, Brenda Davis, Ella Tucker, Judy Carter (Elroy) and Linda Tucker. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
