She was predeceased by: her father Sammy Horace Samples; and her siblings, Mark Samples and Samantha Campbell. She is survived by: her spouse Robbie D. Hughes; her mother Debra Kay Etters Hanley; her brother Kelly Samples; her nephew Terry Hughes, Jr.; and her niece Christina Epperson.
