He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Sr. and Mary Rice. He is survived by: his wife Wyvonne Leake Rice; his children, LeeTisha Brown (Eddie) and Thaddeus Rice (Mary); and his brother Jessie William Rice. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
