She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lewis and Hazel Irene Jenkins Wallace; and her son-in-law Arthur Kevin Burton. She is survived by: her husband James F. McCarter; her daughter Terry M. Burton; her granddaughter Haley Margaret Burton; and her brother Lewis Gary Wallace.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Presbyterian Church (2445 Hwy 557, Clover, SC 29710).
