He is survived by: his significant other Tina Smith; his son Kyler Storm Brakefield; his siblings, Brenda Collins, Juanita Parris, Vanessa Clinton (Johnny), Otis Brakefield (Janice) and Randy Brakefield (Cheryl); and his granddaughter Jitterbug. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
