He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McDowell Clawson, Sr. and Virginia Abernathy Clawson; and his brother Robert Clawson. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rudisill Clawson; his daughters, Tina Clawson, Sandy Clawson and Brandy Brooks (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicholas Bradley, Kathy Clawson, Dylan Smith, Trent, Emmett, Maverick Brooks and Wyatt Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Lindsay Clawson, Daniel Clawson and Ryan Clawson (Reanna); his siblings, Danny Clawson (Linda) and Barbara Alexander; and his nieces and nephews, Christy Smith, Jessica Mathis, Christopher Alexander and Stephen Alexander. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
