He is survived by: his wife Jesse Carolyn Millen Bingham; his sons, Rick and Mike; his grandchildren, Jay Spinks, Carley and Lance Byrum; his great grandchildren, Hanna, Kane, Abel Spinks (Chubs), Sebastian, Fabian Stewart and Zayden Neal; his sister Parthenia Tate; and his niece Angela Byrum (Greg).
