He is survived by: his wife Jan Marie Snellenberger; his son Roy Charles Snellenberger (Kelly); his granddaughters, Candace Brooke Snellenberger, Amanda Helen Snellenberger, Amanda Townsend and Brittany Townsend; and his siblings, Jim Snellenberger, Sue Yancey and Penny Snellenberger.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston Memorial Park (2205 Williamsburg Dr, Gastonia, NC 28054).
