He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond James and Artie Pearl Collins Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Holland Baldwin; his children, Cheri Lane Bruce of Lavonia, GA, Melissa Campbell of Clover, SC, Russell Alan Baldwin of Westminster, SC, Michael Lee Baldwin (Vanessa) of Anderson, SC, Lisa Judd and Susan Caldwell Killian of Clover, SC; and his brother Charles Baldwin (Sue) of Seneca, SC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
