He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Monroe and Margaret Bazzle Justice; and his son Jack Neil Justice, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ervin Justice; his daughters, Tammy Harrell Blackwell of Clover, SC and Linda "Cathy" Justice Ewing (William) of Rock Hill, SC; and his grandchildren, Ryan Harrell, Kaitly Ewing, Shannon Oepen (Gunnar) and Neil Justice, III (Amanda). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Clover Wesleyan Church (102 Parkview Ln, Clover, SC 29710).
