She is survived by: her sons, Alan Almond (Kimberly), Randy Almond (Penny) and Chris Almond (Betty Wix); her grandchildren, Justin Almond (Ashlyn), Emalee Forbes (Stephen), Jenna Proto (Michael), Megan Almond, Will Almond and Andrew Almond; and her great grandchildren, Natalee Dupont, Benjamin Dupont, Caroline Forbes, Harper Almond, Theodore Forbes and Deacon Almond.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sandy Plains Church (5323 Union Rd, Gastonia, NC 28056).
