He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Nell Marcus Tatar; his children, Hollyster "Holly" Elayne Tatar and Jonathan Matthew Tatar (Rebecca); his stepdaughter Alexis Deon Gregory (John Dunlap); his grandchildren, Lyla Jane Dunlap, River Blaine McFadden, David Gates McFadden and Nolan Matthew Tatar; his sister Jeannette T. Marlowe (Wayne); his brother-in-law Bill Burns (Marve); and his nieces and nephews, Jaime Marlowe Robinson (Brad), Jennifer Tatar Greer (Shane), Beth Tatar Leininger, William Dutch Burns (Dawn), Donald Christopher "Chris" Burns (Dawn) and Jeffrey Michael Tatar, Jr. (Heather).
