He was predeceased by : his father William Marshall; his brother Bill Neelands; and his brother-in-law Mike Hartman. He is survived by : his wife Karen Warren Neelands; his children, Johnny Neelands (Ashley) of Clover, SC, Adam Neelands (Brittany) of Clover, SC and Amanda Waycaster (Scott) of Spring Hill, TN; his siblings, Gail Hartman, Mike Neelands (Karen) and Robert Neelands (Kim); and his sister-in-law Patty Neelands. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

“It was a pleasure working with Ken and getting to know him over many years. When I started I had the office right next to Ken and his generosity was apparent right away as it was not uncommon to find a cookie or snack on my desk. As time went on and I grew to know Ken more I learned this was not an isolated incident and that his kindness extended to all areas of his life, and we are all luckier for having known him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.”
