With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Bailes of Clover, South Carolina, born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Fewell Black, Sr. and Mary Evelyn Faris Black; her husband Marshall A. Bailes, Sr.; and her brothers, Lee Fewell Black, Jr. and William Glenn Black.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Wyant (Joe) of York, SC, Barbara Shillinglaw (Dan) of York, SC, Cindy Love (Bob) of Clover, SC, Melanie Neil of Clover, SC, Bonnie Meche (Brent) of Fort Mill, SC and Marshall A. "Marsh" Bailes, Jr. (Mary-Charles) of Clover, SC. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
