Pete will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Pete by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Pete is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Pete’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lonzo and Eldie Hullett Stewart; and his wife Nettie Workman Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Lynn Stewart (Gena) and Bobby Gene Stewart; his granddaughter Toni Stewart (Evan) of Clover, SC; his niece Donna "Fat Baby" Maloney of Sharon, SC; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ford & Sons Funeral Home (209 N Main St, Clover, SC 29710). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home (209 N Main St, Clover, SC 29710).
