He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Richard Quinn and Delois Jenkins Dolfi; his stepfather Thomas Dolfi; his sister Marie Giles; and his wife Debra McMillen Quinn.
He is survived by: his sister Renee Lanier (Mark); his sibling's children, Chris Lanier (Geniey), Megan Lanier, Rachelle Giles and Brittney Giles; and his pet Shayla. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to a charity of your choice in Scott's honor.
