He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Wooton Joye; his wife Leigh Monteith Joye; and his sister Vivian Joye. He is survived by: his son Samuel Brett Joye (Brooke) of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Daniel Scott Joye and Carter Alexander Joye; and his brother David Joye.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Memory Gardens (1774 Filbert Hwy, York, SC 29745).
