She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Allen Loyd; her son Jonah Loyd; her daughter-in-law Kaitlyn of Lake Wylie, SC; her granddaughters, Hollie and Hadleigh Loyd; and her siblings, Percy Smith "Smitty" Adams, Jr. (Dana), Martha Abbott (Jeff) of Gretna, VA and Laura Rowland of Gretna, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home and Cremation (2916 Union Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
