He is survived by : his children, Ashley Ward (Steven), Thomas Spiker Jr. (Ashley), Rachel Spiker and Lauren Spiker; his siblings, Patrick Spiker, Kevin Spiker, Patty Spiker Costley and Jason Spiker; and his grandchild Adyn.
