He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Barker Robinette (David); his sister Juanita Douthit (Jim); and his grandchildren, Connor Robinette, Erik Robinette, Madison Martin, Ansleigh Martin and Brantlee Martin.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cramerton Temple of God (5021 Wilkinson Blvd, Gastonia, NC 28056). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Gaston Memorial Park (1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
