He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. William L. Edwards and Wilhelmina Anderson Edwards; and his brothers-in-law, Lanny Green and John Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Susie Stephens Edwards; his children, Shelly E. Pierzinski (Daryl) and William "Bill" D. Edwards, Jr. of Clover, SC; his grandchildren, Mary A. Brown (Mike), Devin J. Pierzinski (Maddie) and William "Logan" Pierzinski; his great grandchildren, Jackson Adams, Preston Brown and Piper Pierzinski; and his sisters, Wilhelmina Murphy (Gene), Rosemary Green (Joe) and Martha Meyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
