He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Algie A. Watts and Ida Mae Watts; his pet Buddy; his children, Ronald Watts and Dawn Welch (Chad); his sisters, Sandra Finan (Paul) and Karen Anderson (Johnny); his grandchildren, Cody, Kayla, Ashley, Marie and Alex; and his great grandchild Brynleigh. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Greenlawn Memorial Park (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
